I have teaching experience in three different schools for the past 18 years. School demands are not identical as usual – besides patience, devotion, and ability, teachers nowadays must upgrade their knowledge and expertise to meet the challenge constantly. I am passionate about Mandarin language education and believe education should be interactive and inspiring. I prioritize diverse teaching methods and leverage multimedia technology to stimulate student interest in learning. I believe students excel when encouraged and supported, so I strive to create a classroom environment that fosters student engagement. I also integrate education with real-life experiences to help students succeed in language skills and cultural understanding.
