Hi, I am Juan, a native Chinese speaker, also a qualified teacher with a degree in English Education and experience of teaching children around 4 years old in a British nursery. I was also the traditional Chinese culture teacher of the kindergarten. I helped the children regain their confidence in learning Chinese. I enjoy working with children. I am passionate about empowering children to feel confident and love for their future learning.

My students said: Juan is nice, patient, passionate and dedicated. In my class, I will bring joy and happiness to my students.

Personally, it is very important for me to make students love learning Chinese.

As for hobbies, I like to grow vegetables organically and raise small animals like chicks, ducklings, etc. Reading and learning are my other interests. And I like to keep learning how to help my students learn Chinese better.

I love learning as well as teaching, I am currently in the early stages of learning German and Spanish so I understand how taxing and time consuming learning can be.

I graduated from Nanjing Normal University with a Bachelor's degree and a certificate of Putonghua Proficiency Test.

My speciality is teaching children and motivating learners to learn. I am also good at building confidence. My teaching style is adaptive and encouraging. Lessons are tailored to the needs and interests of the students. I will make sure that your learning experience is positive. We are learning a new language, our brain work so hard so it needs some sweet moments to cheer it up.

I learned English grammar at school. I learned to speak English all by myself. I'd be happy to share my way of learning a foreign language with you if you'd like.

I love working with different people. Kids and beginners are welcome.
