Hello, I am Hoina, a native Chinese speaker.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Education in Hong Kong,

I worked as a Mandarin and Chinese writing teacher in Hong Kong for three years.

In 2022, I finished three years of Sinology studies in the UK.

Most of my experiences come from offline teaching.

Through the teaching experiences of kindergarten, primary school, and F.1 to F.3 SEN students,

I have become patient with students and always appreciate their progress.

Attention

Non-attendance policy: 15 minutes delay at the beginning of the class is acceptable, more than 15 min - the lesson is not going to happen, but the student has to pay.

Lesson cancellation policy: 24-hour notice is needed for lessons to be canceled. If less than 24-hour notice is given, you'll have to pay for the lesson.

I want to help students practice speaking in real context. I encourage you to speak in Chinese at any time, even you can’t speak a full sentence, you can use gesture, body language to help. Just forget your own language in the lesson.

I am at ease whether teaching in English, Mandarin or Cantonese. These are all available as separate courses or language of instruction. Hope to see you in my class!
