Hello, it's nice to meet you here! My name is Sara. First of all, I would like to sincerely invite you to watch my video, which may answer some of your questions about my classes. My classes are comprehensive and systematic, so you won't need to take any other Chinese classes. In order to ensure the learning effect, I currently only accept students who attend classes twice a week or more regularly. During our class, I will use English or German, although I must admit that Mandarin gives me the most confidence. My Mandarin is quite standard, as I worked as a part-time event host and announcer during my studies and work in Beijing. Even now, I still read Chinese books, cook Chinese food, and teach Mandarin every day.

When it comes to the time we will spend together, I recommend using HSK1-6 for adults and YCT1-6 for kids as your textbooks, as they will make your Chinese learning more systematic. In my class, I provide my students with the necessary e-books, and we have homework after each class, including tasks such as translating, writing, or preparing for oral topics.

In addition to teaching, I will also help you distinguish between similar characters and pinyin, and review any grammar rules you may have forgotten or misuse at any time. Speaking of Chinese grammar, I find that it is easier to understand by comparing the grammar system of Chinese with that of English or German. Grammar is shaped by speaking habits, and underlying them is a particular way of thinking.
